Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise noted on the product listing, watches purchased through BITLUX include a minimum 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to any manufacturer warranty that may apply.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers movement malfunctions and material or workmanship defects that arise under normal use during the warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modification, normal wear and tear (including strap and battery wear), water damage exceeding the watch's rated resistance, or loss and theft.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@bitlux.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will advise on next steps, which may include inspection or authorized service.

Service & Repairs

Where a manufacturer-authorized service network exists, warranty repairs may be coordinated directly with that network. Otherwise, our team will arrange service through a qualified partner.
